Hi there faithful blog readers. We are looking for some new articles for this blog from our readers. Any posts on malls, big box stores, or shopping centers will be accepted. I'd like to see some of the malls in the north dallas area (Vista Ridge, Stonebriar, Collin Creek, Willow Bend).

DeleteThe Riverwalk Marketplace (New Orleans) is scheduled to be closed and totally revamped as an upscale outlet mall -- http://www.riverwalkmarketplace.com/event-3. It will be interesting to see if this will take place as they are behind schedule in closing. However, all major retailers have vacated - GAP, Chicos, The Loft, Foot Locker, etc. Most food outlets have left also.

ReplyDeleteYes it would be, for one reason or another I seem to miss the Mall of Louisiana every time I pass by Baton Rouge. Cortana Mall has changed so much over the years that I have visited there and passed up the Mall of Louisiana.
DeleteNow that we are getting smartphone and iPhone savvy, I would like a list of the stores in the local malls that offer mobile coupons or barcode scanning for deals.

ReplyDeleteAn update on Southwest Center Mall (Red Bird Mall) in South Dallas would be great, haven't been there since 2008.
ReplyDeleteThat is a place I will visit in the future. I know that Boxer took over operations recently at that mall. Boxer is responsible for the successful redevelopments of La Gran Plaza Mall in Fort Worth and PlazAmericas in Houston.
