Lake Forest Plaza Mall New Orleans Louisiana Updated October 14, 2009
This piece of land currently contains a Lowe's and the rest of the planned development has been stalled.
Here is a quick pass by in December 1995. Dillard's and the Plaza Sign are visible. (The mall is on the right side)
