Renaissance at Greenspoint Part One almost complete

The cinema is almost ready and this part of the mall will come back to life soon. Will the rest of the mall be able to rebound? I would like to see this work and be as successful as the West road & I-45 corridor just to the south of the mall with Fry's, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Home Depot, The Dump, and several other big box stores.
